You can continue your daily work as usual.

For a minimum of 3 weeks, cover the head with a surgical cap to prevent exposure to heat, dust and sunshine.

Use normal sterile saline from the clinic to water the first week’s roots. You can use mineral water after wards.
DONTs
Avoid drinking alcohol for the first 2 days.
Do not use tap water until 2 weeks on transplanted hair.
For at least one month, avoid heavy exercises.
To prevent swelling, avoid bending down for the first 5 days.
Do not use a dryer for hair.
Do not scratch the hair that has been transplanted.
Do not comb the hair transplanted with a pebble.
Do not icing the area or face of the transplanted area.
Do not rub the transplanted area back and forth with gauze.
Do not use any other shampoo except the one the doctor recommends.
No steam or sauna for a minimum of 14 days.
5 days after the procedure, you can start wearing your own loose cap/ hat/bandana over the surgical cap.
Avoid woollen caps. Avoid. Evitate to wear helmet at least 6 weeks after the operation.
By lifting it from the back to the front, the cap should be removed.
Do not cut your hair for 6 weeks.
Do not colour the hair for six weeks.
Do not cover your head unnecessarily with a cap after the first 2 weeks.
If necessary, you can use an anti-dandruff shampoo twice a week.
If grafts are taken from the area of the beard, avoid shaving it for a week to allow complete cure.
Shampoo should be used 3 times a week at most.
Avoid using a cap during a long flight, instead you can use a loose bandana.
Avoid swimming for at least a month.
To reduce swelling or bleeding, use ice packs during the first week but do not place it on the grafted area. Put it on your forehead or on your head back.
Avoid the first week after surgery activities such as sports and exercises.
Take prescribed antibiotics as cream and pills. This helps you to prevent infection.
Avoid sun exposure while your skirt is still pink and swollen. If you have to go out in the sun, wear a cap.
If a fingertip is applied to the area gently until bleeding stops, any bleeding spot should be stopped immediately.
Serious nausea, vomiting and high body temperature require immediate care.
Caffeine ought to be reduced to a minimum.
